i am using windows 7 my lg dvd rom is suddenly
nt detecting in my computer but it is showing in device manager and bios setting kindly provide me a solution to this problem

Be sure the media used is supported. Try a new SATA/IDE cable. If the unit is installed properly and recognized in Device manager as working properly and still does not read respond, time for a new drive.
