Question LG Gram 14 2-in-1 Stuck on 30 Hz

I recently purchased a LG Gram 14 from Costco, I am connecting it to LG CX (ultra color on) using the hub linked below. When ever I do the HDR will enable but the refresh will not go above 30 hz. The Inten UHD Graphics supports the 60 Hz as does the hub.

I can not for the life of me figure out how to enable 60 hz Refresh while using 4k. Has anyone had this issue or no how to correct it?

I have gone to advanced display settings and still no more options above 30 Hz.

Yes it does but your laptop doesn't have a dedicated DisplayPort socket and its USB-C port doesn't appear to support "DP1.4 Alt Mode" so that's probably why your hub can only output 4K @ 30Hz.

Thanks, I have the manufacture state otherwise, but then again I have tried about every way possible and it not working.

Looks like it is going back to the store.
