Solution
Hello... have you tried to do a Circuit board part # search on the BAY... I find most of my monitor parts there from damaged shipping and re-cycler's.
1) Your monitor has External PS for it? Maybe the PS/Cabling is Damaged or not Putting out what is needed... check your local re-cyclers for a better/different PS to test with it.

thanks for your answer..my monitor has an external ps..I found this board http:// the thing is that this board is for the 22inches monitor and I don't know if it will work well..as I can see from the picture the board is the same except that my board has 2 more capacitors.you can see that it has the place for the extra capacitors that my has..

Hello... what is the difference then between the 22 and 2486? resolution output? Most Monitor circuit boards will cross multi-size platforms, for example the 32"and 37" sharp aqous. You have to go by the code printed on the circuit boards it self... does that board have the same Part# on the circuit board? then your golden B )

Can you explain what is the mode of the monitor now? There are two common power problem of monitor, one is the blinking error and second is no power. Have you see the caps starts to deform the top portion, if this happen that caps is weak. But if you don't see this that caps are normal. But if you replace your caps with correct value its ok?If this is blinking LED error its possibly the problem is the caps of the mainboard, but if its no power concentrate on the inverter board or the power supply. Other thing you need to check is the flex wires on it. So I recommend you to reheat first that board using a hotair and clean also the IC using a thinner.

the one we called chipset or IC in that board, the square with black colors. Thinner is the best to remove a corrosion. But tell me what is the mode of the LED of your monitor the small light of the front when you power up the monitor

my monitor should open like this..when I press the power button the power led start then the menu-engine.fun-source and last smart -auto and then the monitor open.but now when I power up the monitor the power led start then source-auto leds and the monitor restarts and do the same..over and over again.i left it for 3 hours never opened.the screen doesn't go on while on this problem

Solution
There are problems on the parts of the power section of that board, either shorted resistors, might be on the secondary section which give a dcv output and on the primary section. So if your not good in troubleshooting surface mounted parts of the circuit boards, you need to replace that circuit boards is better. Now if you want to recover that boards you can refer here through Jestine Yong, He is expert of this boards: http://www.jestineyong.com/
