Question LG OLED Blinking during Games

My LG OLED often very intermittently goes completely black during game play (like BG3). My card is a 4070 Ti.

I'm connected via HDMI.

Is there some kind of syncing issue? Do I need to set a certain refresh rate somewhere?
I'm currently 3840x2160 @ 120Hz from my card.

Try a different HDMI cable.

Ok. Easy to do, but not easy if that's the culprit as the cable is in a built-in desk.
