LG P210 PLL and SetFSB program

Hi,

I have an LG Xnote P210 and would like to increase the CPU indirectly by using the SetFSB program.
Here is the PC specs:

I have High Performance settings on, and CPU-Z tells me Turbo Boost is On and running at the maximum 1.86GHz. ThrottleStop will tell me its running at 1.5GHz... Not sure which one is accurate.

Anyways, I would like to use SetFSB and I have determined the PLL ID shown here:

I looked this up in the list of PLL for SetFSB but could not find. Does this mean it impossible for me to overclock my CPU? Also would like to know whether CPU-Z or ThrottleStop is more accurate in the processor speed information.
