LG Ultrawide 25 inch - Brightness keeps getting lower

I've had my monitor for a while, and always realized how dark it was. I assumed that is was just a darker lit monitor than some, but now it has become extremely dark. I have brightness at 100%, but it's still very dark. I've noticed that over time it seems to get darker. How do I fix this?

Yep. I have the monitors brightness set to 100, which is the highest it can go.

I actually found out the problem. Turns out it was the screen setting, and I set it to "Picture" now. Much brighter. Thanks for your help, anyways.
