LG V10 battery charging becomes slow when reaches 90%

i have LG V10 verizon (Marshmallow). After last update, it started charging phone slow when reaches 90%. before last update, my phone charges all well but after last update, it reaches to 90% faster when i use fast charger, but when reaches 90% it charge phone very slow i dont know which app is doing this or it starts trickling. Keep in mind some times it charges to 100% fluently.

A lithium battery should slow down its charge rate when it nears full charge, it increases the life of the battery.

i have used many android phones and definitely all were lithium but they charge to 100% with same speed, but my current phone is doing this after last update....

As said above, that's expected behaviour.

If you're positive that the rate at which the battery charges after it gets to 90% has changed, my only guess is that previously the phone was measuring/reporting battery % differently than it is now after the update.
