LGA 1151 CPU Cooler on LGA 1366 Socket Motherboard

I want to buy a Intel Xeon X5660 (6 Cores 12 Threads) and overclock it to 4.2 Ghz or beyond with a Corsair H115i RGB Pro Platinum. I have seen that Tech Yes City on Youtube overclocked his to 4.5 Ghz on a simple air cooler and I personally know that the H115i is an amazing cooler and I really really really want to use it if I get the X5660 and an X58 LGA 1366 Motherboard to get a cheap cempetitor for the 8700k or the 9900k. Will it work? Thanks in advance!
