Hello is it possible to place an lga 1151 processor in an lga 1155 motherboard cause it has less pins and all i mean will it work if i ignore the 4 remaining pins

Solution
it wont be possible, sorry. every lga 115x motherboard have different key for the socket and the pins are alligned differently for the use of the cpu. if you want to use ddr3, there is h110 or b150 motherboard ddr3 using the same socket 1151.

No it won't work...the cpu socket is specific to certain cpus...in some cases even the same socket wont support all cpus designed for it depending on BIOS support. You should always go to the board makers website and verify compatibility for the cpu and BIOS.
