Have Intel DH61BE, i5-3340 with GTX 660 for light gaming. There's these settings in BIOS. So, I wonder is it possible to prolong Turboboost with this CPU?

Why would you want to do that?

Turbo boost is there to help out CPU in heavy processes (high load) it may face.

I want CPU to work longer in high frequencies.

On an H61 board, you cannot adjust the multiplier. If you had a P67/Z77 board, you would be able to lock the multiplier, to the max multiplier of the CPU. That is the only way you are going to get full turbo speed, on all 4 cores, and not drop off.
