Lighting flickering in game

So I have a cyberpower gaming pc When i first played it it was running fine no problems. But for some reason I have forgotten I reseted the entire pc. After reseting it every time I play any games the lighting in game starts flickering and large segments of my screen turn black and flicker and pixel blocks start flickering around making the game unplayable.[video="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G9a6Bw3izOk"][/video]

Uhh...trippy. Far out, maaaan.

That looks like a bad display driver to me. Try using DDU to uninstall your current driver and then installing the latest one, preferably manually downloaded off the chipset manufacturer's site (e.g. nVidia or AMD, not MSI or Gigabyte).
