Question Lightshot app doesn't work in full-screen video games (used to work on win10)

I swapped to WIN11 some months ago and one thing I've noticed is that I can't screenshot in fullscreen games, even in windowed mode it doesn't work. I'm not sure what's wrong with it, the app works perfectly fine with other fullscreen apps, when I watch Netflix, HBO, I can take screenshots during fullscreen and it's chill but in video games it doesn't.

Did you migrate to Windows 11 courtesy of the internal upgrade path or did you reinstall the OS?
