Likely Memory leak in Windows 8.1 not sure how to fix. Please Help

Like the tittle says i have what i'm guessing is a memory like on my computer. I built the rig about three weeks ago and stared seeing the problem day 1. It does not seem to happen when i'm playing games from steam at all. However i have noted it while steam or Battle.net app are downloading games also noticed it when watch things like Netflix or Funamation in full screen. I have attached a picture of what i'm talking about.

Also i have changed the size of the paging file just encase
I'm using
Cpu:Intel Core I5-4690
Motherboard: ASRock Fatal1ty Z97X Killer ATX
Ram:G.Skill Ripjaw 8GB
Graphics card: Sapphire Radeon R9 290 4GB

Any thoughts on this would be great i'm just not sure what to do

That screenshot doesn't really provide much useful info. Flip over to the performance tab and choose memory, that'll show actual useful data. Also going to go ahead and suggest a Malwarebytes run to start things off.
