"Limited access" on WiFi AND Ethernet, Windows 8.1, MSI Ge60, Intel 3160

Hi ! I have this problem on my MSi laptop (Ge60 with an Intel 3160 as WiFi hardware), which is 4 years old, for almost three weeks now... My laptop can see the network and connect to it, but I have no access to internet, and it's the same for all the networks.

At first the problem came after a Windows update. The first things I tried was to update the appropriate drivers, but it didn't work. After that I tried to update the BIOS and the firmware of the laptop, and.. nothing. Then I did something that worked : I loaded a save file of the system from two weeks before and miracle : the WiFi worked. I thought the problem was hardware but visibly it wasn't (?)

But two weeks after, the problem came again after , and I have no more ideas. After googling I tried many things, with the command prompt some "netsh" commands, some TCP reset or whatever, I tried to turn on the pc on safe mode, but the problem was still there.

Do someone have an idea ?

More info : so to make my internet works, I have to load a save file of the system, but every time I shut down my laptop, the problem come again... Someone has a better solution than loading a save file every single time??
