When I try to download a pdf file in Linkedin, I can’t do it as Linkedin pops a message that it’s virus infected. This is flagged by Linkedin itself, not by the browser (happens on any browser).

The sender is quite reliable and I was expecting this file from him.

Is Linkedin reliable on this?

Any advice much welcome.

You might want the sender to send the PDF via email, that'd be a good idea in case the site is flagging it incorrectly. Also, you might want to make sure you've got an antivirus on your system, in case your sender might be subconsciously infected by malware.

Never hurts to be safe.

Thanks. looks like the only way to get around this.
