[SOLVED] Linkedin registration authentication error ?

hi

I'm trying to sign up for linkedin but every time i get to the part where i have to choose which elephant is right side up it tells me i'm not authorized after i've clicked on the elephant that's right side up. I'm trying to do this though the app because my laptop is outdated.

I need help registering do you know where or how i can get help with that or how i can contact them directly? i've already checked their help pages and it hasn't helped

The referenced LinkedIn webpage opens just fine and there are multiple choices to click for help with specific issues.

E.g. the Safety Center.

Again, the registration issue is between you and LinkedIn.
