Not used that particular AP, but the repeaters I've seen act as a
receiver from another AP, then the secondary function is as AP for other
clients to associate with. What I'm wondering about the original
poster's situation is using different channels. I'd think using a
repeater he needs to have everything on one channel. But overall it's
kind of a confusing question.
