Liquid cooler problem

Hi, so this morning I turned on my pc and my cpu was idling at 80C, so my liquid cooler pump wasn't working. So I shut down my pc, turned it back on and it was still 80C. Tried like 10 mins after and pump was running and back at 25C. Does this mean my h80i V2 is dying? It is only 2-3 months old. Before this I had the same cooler and the pump was faulty and had to send it back to corsair. Thanks for any suggestions.

What did you connect pump power lead to ?

I connected it all right, its been good for the last couple of months.
