Liquid Cooling Question

In my PC, I am using a Corsair H80i, and the CPU (AMD Athlon X4 760k) runs at about 50-60 degrees idle on the desktop. I was wondering if that's a result to be expected with an "extreme performance" liquid cooler from Corsair. I was using the stock heat sink to get some similar temperatures while at idle. The following picture is showing that the CPU was at about 5% utilization at almost 50 degrees. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B-9gH5SySbhFV0h5QzJsN0R6YUE/view?usp=sharing

Or in this one, the CPU is at about 50% and 70 degrees. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B-9gH5SySbhFWmdldTZrcVFYRVE/view?usp=sharing

Thanks for your help.

I've reapplied the thermal paste several times.. The results stay constant. It was also my intention to upgrade to a Skylake i7 6700K. Would these coolers suffice? if so, what about with some light overclocking?

Ok, so It's your advice to get a CM Hyper 212 Evo or a Cryorig H7 because they work better and are cheaper?
