Hello, I ve done few threads but everyday i just think something new so i need your advice about water cooling.

The kit I am going to order has small reservoar and pump. But i want to add one more radiator which will be 240 (38mm) thick + 360mm (28mm) . Do you think this reservoar and pump will be good enough to work with both radiators? Cuz i think it will not be enough for it ?

So I am going to cool only two components.

I am ordering this

Water cooling setup is also a learning experience every build you do you learn, even those of us that have been doing it for years learn something every time we actually put our hands to it. That's why it's important for you to ask specific questions of things you may not fully understand regarding water cooling.

One of the biggest mistakes usually made is not taking into consideration the case you've had for some time was not really designed for water cooling which forces you to compromise so you can get something in it and that may not be enough to get the job done.

Whether you understand it fully or not you are still air cooling with ambient air even water cooling, think about that...

You don't need the filling bottle, but if you really want to spend $8 on it, go for it.

Why the separate res holder? The res is part of the pump...it threads on top.

Yes, that pump would be fine. Radiators are some of the least restrictive components.

Wew when its coming from USA, and I pay the my order is there any chance to apply some vat when its arrives to UK ? Or after I pay for the parts everything will be ok and there will be no extra costs because if it there is not I will buy from there because they are much cheaper.

These are excellent questions and my recommendation would be to send those inquiries to the 'Contact Us' section of the online retailer, or they might actually have a section that provides some insight for exactly what you are looking for. For example, Performance-PCs has a 'shipping department' option in their Contact Us tab which would be where I would start.

I do realize you said in your opening post you've read a lot and I hope one of what you've read is this.

http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/277130-29-read-first-watercooling-sticky

Scrolling close to the bottom you'll find online etailers listed outside the US.

With this being your first water cooling build you really should research as much as possible and as much as I like some of EKs products, I would not be building with only EK products!

Especially since they're presently recovering from customer loss and issuing apologies for dropping the ball on some of their water block releases.

Plus the fact that their EK Predator line of All In One coolers is no longer available and has literally had to go back to the drawing board for leak issues of the earlier releases, and now they're releasing their Phoenix line which in my opinion is a good name if it's meant as rising from the ashes.

I am not bashing EK, they're responsible for their own problems they have right now, as I am running a full coverage EK GPU water block myself right now, I'm saying research and be knowledgeable about what you're buying.

Water cooling can be a great cooling investment that can be moved from one upgrade to another as long as you think at least to some extent on the future, many give that zero thought and end up with shelved parts.

I unselected the best answer because you need as much information as you can get right now and when you select that prematurely it shows as solved on the outside and others that could help you won't enter the thread that are only after best answers.

I'm going to share a water cooling tip with you I have learned the hard way!

When screwing in your O-ring seal fittings tighten them as much as you can finger tight and that's where most instructions tell you to stop, but from that tightness use a wrench and continue tightening another 1/4 turn, that will keep the fitting from loosening from expansion and contraction from hot and cold and developing leaks.

Thanks for your replies mate, really really tanks !

I am doing builds for all of my life (my own builds or friends builds) I often ask questions which I presume that I know but I'm asking to hear other opinions. In this case I don't really understand the cooling part, I feel confident in the hardware part ( cooling not included ) even or those which I say I know I still learn a lot of things as you mentioned. Well, I have more time to think about cooling what to buy as parts, it seems that I don't even go above 65 degrees on my GPU even when I'm playing games which needs powerful GPU, my 1080ti msi gaming X handle the temps very well.
About my case , I am not using very good case , the airflow in my opinion is not good, Razer NZXT H440.
As monitor I am using Acer x34 , 144hz (2560:1080p)
Actually for this low resolution is it the cpu more affected I mean the PU is bottlenecking the GPU , so because I cannot exceed the resolution I need to get more of the cpu so I need to concentrate on that part ?

Hey ,

Well I refused to water cool my GPU its silent, it's not going above 65 degrees, so I will only the CPU,

And to save money I am considering something decent like Corsair H150 or something , but the problem is that I don't really know which brands are good. Well they all have good and bad reviews but I need something good looking, good performance and with less issues. I was looking at NZXT x62 as well but I read tons of bad reviews about the pump and the software, then I decided to check corsair h115 and 150 and I read bad reviews as well , please give me some advice , or recommend me something.... Thanks

Regards
