I am facing the small black particle moving problems in game characters in call of duty games. It didn't happen in the COD that released on 2019. But in COD MW3, MW3, and BO6 this problem occurred. Its so irritating. Can anyone suggest how to solve this?

CPU: Ryzen 5600X
GPU: Sapphire RX 560 4GB
Game is installed on HDD

If anyone wants to see, i can send some videos in your email to get more clear about the problem.

Vids are needed, yes.

But upload them to Youtube, so that everyone helping can see them.
www.imgur.com also allows video upload, albeit short ones (1 min or so).

In the mean time: Full system specs, including PSU make and model (or part number) is? Also, how old the PSU is, and was the PSU bought new or used/refurbished?

Psu is 550w thermaltake. Its 4 years old. And I bought it new.
I'll ask again;
PSU make and model (or part number) is?

Since when i say that i have 650W Seasonic unit, 9 years old and bought it new - can you guess what PSU i exactly have?

the small black particle moving problems
From that video, i didn't see a small black particle moving. What i did see, was checkered pattern on your monitor, which could be due to GPU driver corruption.

If so, possible fix:
1. Download new/latest GPU drivers. Also, download DDU. Link: https://www.guru3d.com/download/display-driver-uninstaller-download/
2. Uninstall GPU drivers.
3. Reboot.
4. Use DDU to get rid of lingering bits of GPU drivers.
5. Reboot.
6. Install new GPU drivers.
7. Reboot.

If no dice, then it could be bad VRAM on your GPU (e.g frame buffer is stored in the bad part of the VRAM, making part of the image discolored).
For that, only fix is new GPU. Testing is easy, just plop in 2nd, known to work GPU and look if things improve.

Rarely, could also be monitor issue. To test that, you need 2nd, known to work monitor.

Bro chill. This problem dont occur in any other games. Only this cod mw2, mw3, bo6.
I Think I should change in game graphics settings

Since you still didn't give out PSU's model name, i assume it is low/crap quality unit. Most likely Thermaltake Smart series PSU.
If so, very poor PSU to use and overall, bad idea to use it.

If you're talking about the small white dots flickering that is hardly seen on the bottom frame of the image, then it looks to be tessellation issue. Change tessellation settings in-game to see if things improve.

But clean reinstalling GPU drivers isn't a bad idea either.

I think the name is thermaltake litepower 550w

thermaltake litepower 550w
Equal quality to Tt Smart series.

I'd replace it ASAP, before PSU goes belly up, releases magic smoke and fries everything it is connected to (aka your whole PC).

For 2nd opinion about your PSU, look it up from PSU Tier list,
link: https://cultists.network/140/psu-tier-list/

You'll find yours under Tier F.
While what i'd suggest (and am personally using) is Tier A.

For new good/great quality PSU, take your pick: https://hwbusters.com/best_picks/best-atxv3-pcie5-ready-psus-picks-hardware-busters/2/

Keep in mind: Since PSU powers everything, it is the most important component inside the PC.
