You forgot to mention the make and model of your PSU and it's age. What OS are you on and where did you source the installer for your OS? Is this your GPU?

The model is a msi mag 550watt, the age of the pc is around 1 and half years old and the os downloaded from the official microsoft website and the gpu was bought second hand
