Received the following from MSI Live Update.
Anyone know how important it is since my machine appears
to be working O.K. and I'm not a great fan of BIOS flashing.

1. Update winflash.exe (ver. 1.76)
2.Fix award bios flash will change mac address and 1394 bug.
3. AP Version: 3.68 (2005/02/03)

MSI (and most manufacturers) recommends that you DON'T flash your BIOS
unless you have the specific problems addressed in the update. Are you
having problems with your 1394? If not, then don't do the flash. The first
and third items are pretty much cosmetic.

The update mentioned above does not flash the bios it just updates the
Live monitor.
