[citation][nom]deanjo[/nom]Lots of places. Unlike you I have been supporting thousands of Mac users as well as Windows and Linux. I have also worked as an Apple Tier 2 agent and support a universities Mac users (over 10,000 macs at the Uni alone). Unlike you I also know well over 300+ former Apple support reps who can quote that article off heart.[/citation]
What article? You linked an apple support page, not a statistics page. For being an uber tech supporting thousands of macs, you fail at linking.
I think it's great you support so many computers, but you underestimate my experience as well. I also once supported thousands of computers, PCs and Macs at a college (I have since moved on) Macs were not popular there, everyone pretty much hated them except the artsy people who thought they were so superior.
My current sample of Mac users is few because I'm not counting random thousands of people who use macs at the college, I'm counting people I actually know with macs at home, and that number is few and far between.
Why do you know so many "former" apple support reps? That's a lot of people who quit their job. It must suck being an Apple Support Rep. Dealing with stupid PC users is bad enough, and I know first hand that dealing with even more ignorant Mac users is worse so I can't blame them for quitting.
