Live wallpapers have stopped working

Nog sure wether this is the right category but here goes.
As the title says, I am expierincing this on a Sony Experia E4G after a factory reset.
Any ideas for fixes fixes?

Windows vista? Is aero working properly? Type aero is the search bar and run the fixit tool. I imagine it is your graphics driver or a theme problem. Good luck!

It's a smartphone nog a Windows OS by the way.
