Question Load Windows 10 fresh then restore backup partition of OS only?

Hi have tried numerous methods to fix a BSOD with 0xc000025 and have not been successful. Even recovering a backup image does not work(Easeus todo backup). So, I was wondering if I could freshly install Windows 10 and then just recover the OS partition from backup. Does anyone know if this is possible/impossible?

No, it cannot work the way you describe.

Just start over with an actual clean install.
