Loading circle virus?

Recently noticed my normally blue loading circle changed to thin black line circle with little ball rotating in reverse. Anyone know what this indicates?

Yes, cursors can be changed and also with different themes. Check your mouse properties i doubt that any malware would do that.

Only changed temporarily as if it was indicating some abnormal condition was occurring, then went back to blue rotating in the normal direction. I dont know what it was trying to tell me, thought it might be some standard indicator Im not aware of. I have never seen this before.
