loading operatig system F12 boot menu

Hi
My computer crashed and it wouldn't load operating system. So i checken another page on this site that explained my problem percisely. So i pressed F12 and now im in this boot menu and i have no idea what to click or how to fix my pc 🙁
can anydbody help me please 🙁 (

The boot menu says:

Try hard disk, but that probably isn't the problem and still won't work. Instead of pressing F12 try pressing F8 (Or F8+Shift if F8 doesn't work) immediately and rapidly upon powering up the system and continue until the advanced startup options appear. Choose the safe mode option. Once in safe mode, try restarting to see if the problem resolves itself. If it does not, try removing the motherboard CMOS battery for five minutes, with the power disconnected, then reinstalling it, returning power to the system and booting.

If that still fails to work, go back into safe mode and do the following, which may require that you download the required files on another system, or choose the safe mode with networking option so you have web access for downloading the files.
