I've seen posts on this before but maybe next seems to be different. I've done almost everything everyone has been suggesting. This is my ipconfig /all report.
Ethernet adaptor local area connection:
Connection specific DNS Suffix:
Description: Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller
Physical address:78-24-AF-47-07-05
DHCP Enabled: yes
Autoconfiguration enabled: yes
Link-local IPv6 address: fe80::bce8:d55f:8425:15ee%13(preferred)
Autoconfiguration IPv6 address: 169.254.21.238(preferred)
Subnet mask: 255.255.0.0
Default gateway:
DHCPv6 IAID: 242754735

DNS SERVERS: fec0:0:0:ffff::1%1
Fec0:0:0:ffff::2%1
Fec0:0:0:ffff::3%1

Tunnel adaptor media state: media disconnected

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I tried pinging it, but didn't work. I tried resetting the tcp/ip that didn't work. The problem is it's not just my computer but any computer that connects to the network via Ethernet. Wireless is still fine and working. It all happened after I installed a driver onto two laptops for my new wireless printer. Installing it on the first didn't affect it, but weirdly enough when I installed it on the next one it caused this.
