Local Disk C running out of space when its not?

currently it has 8mb on it free. Its an ssd, 111gb.

I free space all the time but it seems its keeps getting smaller. I looked at all the folders individually and they only take up 55gb, why does it show so little?

How can I solve this?

Do not defragment the SSD. I heard that it causes issues. Run disk cleanup using CCleaner and Windows disk cleanup utilities.
