Good evening everyone.

I've searched far and wide for a way to spot & fix this problem. Right now, I only have Firefox open and 71% of my RAM is in use. I need to do a clean boot every morning to fix it, or else when I reach 90%-ish I crash.

Here are my specs...
Intel(R) Core I7-4700HQ CPU @ 2.40GHz
12.0 GB (RAM)
x64-bit
Ge-force GTX 765m.

I don't understand this either... https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms859419.aspx
had the same issue with my last computer 3 years ago... and I never found the solution.
I looked at many forums and tutorials but unfortunately I can't follow it or it doesn't work...

I'd love to get rid of this as I feel like it put strain on the system. Please, if you have any ideas to help me, that would be grand.

Thanks a lot for reading,
-Émile

Yes; I try to keep my computer clean.
This seems to have worked preventing my RAM to raise:

But my PC feels somewhat... Sluggish? when moving screens around and launching programs.
Do you guys have any idea why?

Edit: RAM looks good, but there's considerable lag when something loads. I might need to revert the changes. Rather have to reboot than having this lag
