Location of link on Chrome Favorites Bar

I have on my Chrome favorites bar a link to the favorites imported from IE. How do I now move those favorites to a new computer. These are different from those in my favorites folder on the current (old) computer.

If you are signed in to your google account, as soon as you sign into your account on the new PC, all your favorites will be reinstalled automatically, folders and all, any extensions you have installed, etc.
