Lock ac unity to 30 fps?

How to lock assassins creed unity to 30 fps so that I will get smoother experience.The game runs at 50 with a minimum of 35 but I want to lock it to 30 so that I will get rid of all the hickups and stuttering in the game so is there any way to do it,through the ini. file or something like that?

Look for V-Sync in your graphics settings and enable that. 30 FPS can't really be called a smooth experience, unless you work for Ubisoft and believe in "cinematic experiences".

it depends on the game. some games will lock the FPS at 60 when V-sync being enabled instead of 30. if there is no option to lock the FPS at 30 from in game you need to use third party software to do that (rivatutuner). if you have nvidia graphic card you can do it from nvidia control panel by selecting adaptive v-sync (half refresh rate)

Now another option would be to simply disable V-sync. The stuttering is a result of V-sync and not having a solid FPS. Without V-sync, it won't stutter, but you'll have screen tearing instead.
