Lock for unhide of sheets in Excel

I have a document where every sheet contains private information of a person.
I would like to lock and PW protect the sheets, so only the PW holder can unhide a sheet. That means you should be prompted a PW when trying to unhide a hided sheet.
Is that possible?

Sure, its possible. But I've never seen a PW protected Excel workbook that wasn't trivially hackable.

And hiding the worksheet just hides it from view. The personal information is still there, ready to be searched for.

Until someone takes that file home and loads it on their virus encrusted PC.

A hidden worksheet is a mere speedbump, PW protected or not. Either actually encrypt that data, or don't have it in there in the first place. Put it in a database, with proper access controls.
