i have reset my PC due to some problems, and now it is asking for a username and password that was never created. Another problem is that the PC also only boots up after i've first removed all USBs (keyboard, mice, wireless headset usb, wifi adapter) please help

Solution
1. Determine model name of your motherboard,
2. Google it and find manufacturer support page for your motherboard,
3. Download drivers provided by manufacturer support page,
4. Install them.

That's it.
If you have brand name pc or laptop, then you google model name of the pc or laptop. Support will be provided by appropriate manufacturer of the device.

For example, motherboard model name: Asrock Z370 Extreme4
You'd find drivers on asrock support page (1st link in google search):
https://www.asrock.com/MB/Intel/Z370 Extreme4/index.asp#Download

The problem was that windows was stuck on the loading spinning wheel screen, so i reset the pc to see if that would fix it (i had nothing important to keep anyway so im fine with that). But the problem still occurred, and i found out it was because of all the USB devices plugged in, which i'm still confused about

good news, i've logged into the PC and i can use it. A couple of problems though... The USB devices problem is still happening and i have to take EVERYTHING out just so my PC can boot up. Also my PC seems to be very slow, and it said no graphics card is being detected. Wth is happening?

I'm new to PC's building and all that, so this is probably a very noob question, but how do I do that? For example I have a Radeon Rx 550, would I just look for the drivers for it online and install it or something? Thanks
