Logging two accounts at the same time?

Hello,

I have 3 screens and I want to know if windows 10 allows simultaneous multi account use at the same time on each screen ?

Lets say I am working on my PC and the kids want to play games at the same time using the other monitor and another Keyboard/Mouse

can they log in to their account on my PC and start gaming while I am using my PC ?

Wouldn't be possible no. I've had a mouse and a remote on my PC before, but they fight over the single pointer. If you tried to log in under the kids, name, your stuff gets pushed to the side. Set it up so they can watch something on the other screen.
