Hello, guys!

Let me first say that I have tried my very best with reading through this forum and other places on the web to try find a solution for the problem, but unfortunately I haven't find it yet.

I have a brand new and pretty powerful PC with Windows 8.1 on it, all drivers are checked and regularly updated. Regarding Logitech K810 bluetooth keyboard, when it works it is really great, but the problem is it's much more doesn't work than it does. It's constantly giving me this stiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiickyyyyyy keeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeys annoyance (keys uncontrolarbly keep repeating themselves) or keyboard is just unresponsive - that hot key keeps blinking no matter the keyboard is already successfully paired and connected.

What I've done so far, I've changed the keyboard’s Repeat delay and Repeat rate to LONG and SLOW respectfully on the the Keyboard Properties, but is hasn't change anything except my keyboard are more laggy and uncontrollable now I think.

If someone knows how to overcome this HUUUGE problem (for me) - PLEASE HELP!

Thanks in advance,

Z.

Thanks for your try to help, but this is bluetooth keyboard, doesn't have a USB dongle.

Btw, I know it would be easiest to switch to another keyboard, but this one cost me about $120 (it has all features I need: it's small, light and - the most important thing! - illuminated), so I'm not willing to give up on it just like that.

I mean, it HAS to be some solution to this problem around, because a few times cheaper keyboards work quite fine with no issues whatsoever.

Once again, THANKS for every attempt to help me to solve this problem.

Ok, move the bluetooth adapter to the front 😛

what motherbd and bluetooth adapter do you have if it isnt built in to the motherbd?
I only find a few threads reporting this issue, none with any real answer except to contact Logitech for replacement.
