Question Logitech Creative Console - MX Dialpad connectivity issue ?

Has anyone else experienced problems connecting the MX Dialpad to a Windows 11 PC via Bluetooth?

I have corresponded extensively with Logitech Support and they finally sent me a replacement, but it is still buggy. Their support pages also say that it can be connected via the Logi Bolt unifying receiver, but the dialpad doesn't show up as an option for connecting this way, although I have successfully connected MX Keys and MX 3 Master that way.

Any suggestions are welcome!!

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original to build, new, refurbished, used)?

Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full?

List all attached peripherals.

Thanks for reaching out! I have it working via an alternate connection via the Logitech Bolt Receiver, and will see if it stays connected. If I continue to have problems, I will provide detailed specs then.
