Question Logitech G303 shroud not recognized by GHUB

I just got this new mouse in the mail and I've tried a few different things running it as administrator, restarting pc, and then doing it again. I tried manually checking all drivers and swapping USB ports. Plugging the mouse in directly through USB-C and nothing will work. I'm trying to adjust my dpi to game and can't figure out how to get it to see my mouse. Can anyone help?

Does the peripheral exhibit the same behavior on another system? Also, could please pass on the make and model of your motherboard, the OS version and the BIOS version for your motherboard?
