[SOLVED] Logitech G305 Problem

Hello, I recently bought the G305 because I heard it was a really good mouse. However after a few days of use I've been experiencing horrible sidebutton quality. It wasn't like this at first when I unboxed it. It started a day ago (I've had it for 4 days). So whenever I put my thumb gently on the sidebutton (either one) I hear a slight and distracting spring vibration sort of. It really triggers me that I bought a 60 dollar mouse for this. The vibration goes through the mouse and I can definetly confirm it comes from inside the mouse.

Who is "they"? Try again and escalate the issue.

Be polite, be truthful, present the facts, and be clear about your expectations.

Keep accurate notes about all conversations and certainly keep copies of all documentation.

The key is to find someone who is empowered to help resolve the matter.

And check the company's forum if there is one. You may be able to get a response by posting there.
