Question logitech g502 randomly changes sensitivty

last few days i'm having trouble with my logitech g502 mouse. i use a clotch pad, its cleaned so this cant be the issue. I have 1x dpi level setting( 1600) and surface tuning disabled. last few days when playing games the sensitvity will randomly change to an unspecified level ( much faster and less controllable than my mouse usually is) , opening and clicking a few options in logitech gaming software solves it for around few minutes, then it loses the control again.

I had this issue a while ago( few month ago) but it dissapeared by itself after few days.

now its back and even worse. what should i do?

Have you tried reinstalling the drivers, or making sure all the drivers are up to date? When you open the software, does it actually show that the DPI level is something other than 1600? Want to make sure it is indeed the mouse/software, and not the in game sensitivity, or the OS pointer speed settings changing as well.
