Logitech G700 internal memory is "forgetting" profiles

I purchased a Logitech G700 wireless gaming mouse back in December and up until a few weeks ago it has been working fine. Just recently the internal memory will not remember my programmed profiles. Therefore I have to reprogram it every time I turn my computer on. So far I have ruled out interference and low battery as potential causes for this problem. I would like to know if anyone else has had this problem and if there are any fixes for it. (such as third party software to program it with)
Thanks

Hi Fullmetal_Alchemist,

If you have the Logitech Gaming Software installed, make sure you have the latest version. The latest version is 8.46. If the issue persists, possible options are to try "Application detection" instead or to uninstall the Logitech Gaming Software and install Setpoint 6.32 instead. You can use the following links for installing Setpoint 6.32:

For 64-bit OS: ftp://ftp.logitech.com/pub/techsupport/mouse/setpoint632_x64.exe
For 32-bit OS: ftp://ftp.logitech.com/pub/techsupport/mouse/setpoint632.exe
