Logitech G9 mouse

I just purchased a G9 Logitech 3 months ago. It worked fine up to yesterday.
I don't know if the mouse is broke or is it a windows problem.

Any advise.

Hi Ryan and thanks for taking an interest in my problem.

I've tried all that. Different USB, computer uninstall and reinstall software. Any other ideas I'll try them.
I just purchased it in Nov., 2010 from Newegg.
I just shot a letter to Logitech to see about replacement or repair. It has a 3 year warranty. I hope they are easy to deal with.
