Question Logitech Gaming Software won't open

I have a new Logitech G90 since my old one broke, and my windows is freshly installed as well so I have to install LGS again. But after I installed LGS and tried to open it, LCore only shows up in task manager for a while and then closes, any help?

LGS is old, try using G Hub. It replaces it although you will need to uninstall LGS as it doesn't during install. Run G hub and let it import profiles before uninstalling other.

Just tried installing G hub but the installer crashes when I clicked "install"

Is windows 10 fully updated?

hmmm... try this -
right click start button
choose powershell (admin)
type SFC /scannow and press enter
once its completed, copy/paste this command into same window:
Repair-WindowsImage -Online -RestoreHealth and press enter
SFC fixes system files, second command cleans image files, re run SFC if it failed to fix all files and restart PC

It said "the term 'repair' is not recognized as the name of a cmdflet"

Did you get that for SFC or the 2nd command?

If 2nd, did you copy/paste it in as spacing is important?

can you right click start
choose run...
type winver and press enter
what version number are you on?

latest is 1909

My mistake for not telling you that I haven't upgraded to Windows 10

so what windows are you on? as SFC works with 10, 8 & 7?

So I decided to upgrade to Windows 10 since I can get it for free.
And everything works just fine now.
