Question Logitech M705 Mouse Right Button Won't Copy or "Open New Window"

I've searched the forum and came up empty. I have done a FR of the mouse, uninstalled the drivers, restarted the computer and let the drivers reinstall. Batteries have almost 1000 days of battery life.
Right mouse button is dead. Won't copy and won't open a hyperlink in a new window. Can someone help please? Windows 7 on a Dell XPS

Have you tried another mouse or does is that what FR stands for? Also check out this link.

FR stands for Factory Reset. Don't have another mouse to try...I don't think. Thanks for the video, I'll check it out!

I'm sorry. I've been trying for 30 minutes to follow the video and even to bypass some of his steps to get to the necessary screens. Just not working for me.
