[SOLVED] Logitech mic not working

I just got a new Logitech G Pro headset and everything seems to work fine except the microphone. I tried everything including: checking if it was connected right, check sound settings, tried the headset on my phone but nothing seems to work. Am i missing something?

sometimes the device itself might need an update. Or maybe the audio drives need an update.
Always check PC for updates every once in awhile.

I checked and it says mic drivers are up to date
Same for the headset

maybe get wireless adapter. If that don't work could be defective microphone port.
