Question Logitech Mouse and Keyboard keep disconnecting intermittently, and the mouse does not work unless another wired mouse is plugged in

I just built my pc, and installed windows 10. This is the first time I have ever done so, so the solution may be obvious. The wired mouse works perfectly, no interruptions. I have tried 2 keyboard and mouse combos and both have the same issue. I've also replaced the batteries in both sets.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs.

Try another USB port for the wireless combo set's transceiver/dongle.

Did you download and install the Logitech drivers via Logitech's website?
