logitech nano receiver

I have a Logitech Gamepad F710 and have lost the Nano receiver I looked it up and its just a wireless 2.45 ghz receiver so I brought a cheap mouse with the same type receiver but it don't work, is there anyway I can flash the receiver with the Logitech firmware so it would work ?

I would just buy a replacement but i live in Thailand and by the time I get it shipped here it isn't much cheaper then buying a new gamepad

yeah I looked and the Logitech unifying receiver don't work for f710 gamepad

It doesn't work. I have same problem with nano receiver from a mouse. Logitech nano receiver have red inside
