I need a new mousepad as the last one was 10 year old and almost destroyed. I need some suggestions for mousepads that give good grip, and isn't too expensive.

Thanks!

I recently upgraded from a (roughly) size A5 to size A4 Steelseries QcK mousapad.
I quite like those. Got mine in a sale for €7.50 I think.
I use the following mouse pad with my Performance MX. It has two sides you can use; Control & Speed. Control has a slightly rougher surface while Speed has a smoother surface that allows the mouse to glide over it. I use Control.

That mouse pad is actually sold under different brand names. Mine is branded as Rocketfish instead of Insignia (which is Best Buy's house brand). This is a better view of the mouse pad than the one Best Buy has for their version of it.
