logitech Z506 Sound Card

I'm planing to buy logitech z506 5.1 speakers. Do i need a sound card for this?
I have a MSI Z97 GAMING 5 motherboard.

You have the conections needed on the mb to connect the speakers.

"8 channel HD, Audio Boost 2 with Creative SBC 2"

Just need to connect 3x3.5mm jacks into the correct plugs of the mb.
